At home cooking is designed to give you the accountability and confidence you need. I provide an opportunity for clients to practice normalised eating, challenge food fears, being mindful of hunger and fullness cues, process thoughts and feelings while eating together in a safe, structured environment.
Together we will predetermine what meal you would like to prepare. I will come to your home and assist with preparing and portioning the recipe in a safe environment, it includes a meal support session.
This session will also include post-meal support and a debrief: Here we can make a plan to support you for your day
